This is why we have a hassle-free 14 day return/exchange policy. Please read below to understand how to place your request.
Shipping
All your products are hand-packed with love. We will process your order within 2 working days of receiving your order, post which it will be shipped via Shiprocket to the address shared by you. In case of any questions, you can always reach out to us at hello@solisandlune.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns
In case you are not happy with the product you have received, please note you are eligible to receive a store credit equivalent to the full amount you paid for those items (this excludes shipping cost).
To place your request for a return, please follow the steps below:
- Just send an email to us at hello@solisandlune.com, letting us know your order details (including order number) and the reason you would like to return your item.
- Send us the unused items in their original condition. This cost will have to be borne by the customer. (All returned items will be subject to quality check. We will not be able to accept the return if the items don’t meet the quality check and will be returned back to you at your expense)
- Post quality checks, we will issue you a store credit equivalent to the full amount you paid for those items (excluding shipping cost). This store credit will be valid for 45 days and can be used across all product categories, including sale items.
- Note: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns. We do not issue refunds.
Exchange
If the sizing is not right or you simply want to exchange the item for another product, we can help you with the exchange.
To place your request for an exchange, please follow the steps below:
- Just send an email to us at hello@solisandlune.com, letting us know your order details (including order number) and the reason you would like to return your item.
- Send us the unused items in their original condition. This cost will have to be borne by the customer. (All returned items will be subject to quality check. We will not be able to accept the return if the items don’t meet the quality check and will be returned back to you at your expense)
- Post quality checks, we will send you the the requested items. In case the cost of the new item is less than your original purchase, we will issue you a store credit of the differential amount (this will be valid for 45 days and can be used across all product categories, including sale items). However, in case the cost of the new item is more than your original purchase, you will have to pay the amount upfront.
- Note: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange. We do not issue refunds.
